We use AnyDesk for secure, one-time remote access. You stay in control at all times.

Download AnyDesk
  • Open AnyDesk
  • Locate your 9-digit address
  • Share it with me during the call

Close unnecessary programs

Closing extra programs helps your computer run faster during the session.

Have your questions ready

  • What issues you’re experiencing
  • When the problem started
  • Any error messages you’ve seen

Security & Privacy

  • You approve all access
  • No passwords are saved
  • Access ends when the session ends
  • I cannot connect again unless you approve it
